  • At Poolscapes, we prove to be 2nd to none for the most experienced, most creative, most thoughtful designers.  Along with almost 25 years of successful construction in the valley, we continue to select the best trade partners & deliver quality and unmatched expertise. We strongly believe in communication & integrity, while designing & building as if for ourselves. We feel those qualities have set us apart since 2001.

  • With our pricing typically falling in the $130-$165k starting range, before adding landscape & outdoor living structures our average contract is between $175 - $225k

  • Typically around 6-8 weeks from Contract date we can be ready to start digging, pending Engineering, Permits and HOA approval of course.

  • After the excavation phase is done, if we are just building a simple pool and decking, it takes roughly 3-4 months. If we are adding more elements like Patio covers, Kitchens and Landscape we ask for you to assume 4-6 months.

  • Currently we only offer to work on an existing yard with a pool, if the idea is to completely remove the existing pool & equipment, or we possibly entertain some complex renovations, on a case by case basis.

We don't offer surface material or simple renovations at all.

  • We partner with HFS financial, in our menu click "Financing" and it will take you to a "Wont effect your credit" application. That will let you see what the current rates are. We have seen anywhere from 50k to 600k borrowed before.

  • On average adding a Zero edge or Negative edge costs around $30k-50k depending on the elevations and conditions of the yard. Typical contracts that include one, usually fall $200k+

  • We are currently offering Landscape in-house, but only in conjunction with a Pool contract. For patio covers & kitchens we can either wrap those elements into our scope for a fee, or we can help you partner with vetted trades we use daily.

  • Currently the allowable surface square footage is 600 s.f.

That includes the spa or water features in the yard.

And when a negative edge is designed in, that falling face counts against the 600 s.f. as well.

  • Because we build from scratch, there is no such thing as " too small a yard " we thrive & love the challenge of a small space, as it brings out our creativity!

Small Pool costs:  Pools that are " half the size of my neighbors" still cost similar to an average pool because it still requires all the same amount equipment, and for us to hire all the same amount of trades, the only real difference is in the amount material they bring.
